At KikiTextiles, we want you to love every yard and garment you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and uncut items.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully fold your textiles and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
